Our room booking cancellation policy is following
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 48hrs/ two (02) days prior to the arrival date incur no penalty.
- Cancellations made between 02 and 01 days prior to the arrival date may incur a fee equivalent to [20] % of the total reservation cost.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the arrival date or no-shows are subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost.
- Special event periods or promotional rates may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- For group bookings or reservations made through third-party platforms, please refer to the respective terms and conditions.
- Guests are encouraged to review and confirm the cancellation policy at the time of booking to avoid any misunderstandings.
Hotel Room Damage Policy:
- Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property incurred during their stay.
- Damages include, but are not limited to, broken furniture, stained linens, defaced walls, and missing items.
- Any damages noticed upon check-out should be reported immediately to the staff.
- Charges for damages will be assessed and billed to the guest’s credit card on file following inspection by hotel management.
- Guests are liable for the full cost of repairs or replacements necessary to restore the room to its original condition.
- Intentional or negligent damage may result in additional charges and possible legal action.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who cause excessive damage or disturbances.
- Guests are encouraged to treat the hotel property with care and report any accidents or incidents promptly to avoid unnecessary charges.
